Lawrence B. Ganski

Mr. Ganski brings over 20 years of hands-on experience to his clients. He has served in most areas of operations, including quality control, procurement, planning, materials management, and warehousing and distribution. At Alogic-US, Larry helps clients select and implement systems to improve operations and take advantage of emerging technologies. He has worked for a long list of companies, including Raytheon, Bose Corp. and Polaroid Behring Diagnostics. His expertise is in the military, commercial electronics, and bio-medical manufacturing areas, although he has assisted companies in many other areas, including large capital equipment, medical diagnostic products, flexible shafts, glass, knives, jewelry, printing and environmental control systems. With such a broad background of experience in tow, Larry is a proven asset for driving implementations and bringing fresh ideas to the business process.

Larry has over 18 years of direct implementation experience with multiple systems, such as Fourth Shift, Time Critical Management, TCM (WorkWise), EXACT (Macola), SYSPRO, SAP Business One, Epicor Vantage and more. In addition, he has turned around a number of failed implementations.

Some of Larry’s most notable achievements include:

  • Directing the establishment of quality standards and procedures related to the manufacturing process of power supplies to the Department of Defense.
  • Supervising plant activities and field services of a medical electrical safety equipment manufacturer.
  • Negotiating and managing domestic and international procurement agreements in support of DOD ASW and consumer electronics. He was responsible for $15MM in annual purchases and supported growth rates in excess of 35% per year.
  • Managing the production control department of nine people. Larry was responsible for making corporate revenue goals and managed warehousing activities in support of $65MM in revenue.
  • Establishing material operations at a startup medical manufacturing company in support of manufacturing and scientific research.  In all, he reached an annual volume of $20MM in 2 ½ years and achieved a yearly cost savings of over $1MM.
  • Implementing continuous improvement programs for organizations to enable lean manufacturing practices.

Larry is a Navy Veteran and a graduate of Stonehill College of South Easton Massachusetts and received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and Economics.  Additionally, Larry serves on an executive advisory board of a Massachusetts corporation and has been certified by the National Association of Purchasing Managers and The American Production & Inventory Control Society.
