After beginning her career in public accounting with Price Waterhouse LLP, Gail has accrued over 20 years of accounting, financial and operational experience, including 10 years of implementing mid-market ERP applications. Her proven track record of analyzing business processes and data has led to the enhanced efficiency and accuracy of financial information for companies large and small. For instance, as Controller for Cap World, she was able to identify and amend pricing anomalies, which directly increased the company's gross profit by $100k per month. Gail also has considerable experience with many mid-market software solutions and has successfully implemented Epicor, Great Plains, MAS 500 and SAP Business One ERP applications for a wide variety of companies. In addition to effectively completing first-time implementations, Gail has been called upon to turn around a number of failed implementations. Her unique talent in solving challenges and her aptitude for carrying out the critical role of cross-function liaison allows her to successfully facilitate the communication between sales, finance, development and operational teams. Along with significant experience in all aspects of project implementation, Gail has a diverse background in manufacturing, retail, real estate and service industries. Most recently, she provided interim controller and sales operation support for two start-up companies in the high technology field, as well as financial and operational support for a chemical process manufacturer.
Gail has a BS in Business Administration from St. Joseph College and is a Certified Public Accountant.
